GAME REQUIREMENTS
All Entrants must possess a registered DARTSLIVE Membership card with a rating determined by a minimum of 5 “01” games and a minimum of 5 Cricket games against opponents.
Only one DARTSLIVE Membership card shall be utilized for the entire event.
Players possessing multiple cards shall use the card with the highest rating.
Mandatory. All players must use the same DARTSLIVE Membership Card for the entire Hilo Classic. No changing cards. PENALTY: disqualification for the entire event.
All NRP’s must meet minimum game requirements
Players that are active in a National/International League/Tournament System from Out of State are eligible for Hilo Classic Events with verification of rating from their National/International Organization and will participate at a rating determined by the Tournament Committee.
RATING VERIFICATION
Rating will be verified at Check In.
Tournament ratings recorded from Major Leisure Games Events will be taken into consideration in determining the Entry ratings for the 2014 Hilo Classic.
There are limits on acceptable differentials between a Tournament Rating (the rating used by a player to enter the Hilo Classic Events) and an Event Rating (the rating level the player is shooting in the Hilo Classic Events). If a player’s Event Rating exceeds their Tournament Rating by three or more points, said player’s Tournament Rating will be rerated to their Event Rating at the conclusion of that event.
Said rerating does not impact the teams and the standings within the flight from which the stats were derived.
A player may be rerated more than once. Once a player is rerated, the new rating applies throughout the Hilo Classic Events (cannot go down). If a player is rerated twice, said player will be disqualified from further participation, will not receive prize money from the event in which the second rerate occurred and will not receive refunds for subsequent events. Said player’s future eligibility in Major
Leisure Games Events will be determined after the Hilo Classic Events.
