All Pacific Dart League Players must utilize a single registered DARTSLIVE Card and be the only person utilizing said card throughout the Season, Playoff, and Finals.
SP – Seasoned Permanent Player that has recorded the minimum games to qualify as a Team member in the Previous Season may enter the upcoming Season with their League Ending rating or their current League Card rating whichever is rating is higher.
SR – Seasoned Restricted Player that has recorded the minimum games to qualify as a Team member a season prior to the Previous Season may enter the upcoming Season the same rating as the Previous Season or their current League Card rating whichever is higher.
NT – New Temporary Players should estimate the Rating they will finish the Season at (Final Rating). New Temporarily Rated Players or players absent for 2 or more consecutive Pacific Dart League seasons will be subject to the Bust Rule. NT Players must consider the possibility of improvement as an Unseasoned Player. If upward movement of an NT player affects the Maximum Combined rating or Individual rating of a team a roster change will be necessary. NT Players may rerate themselves by informing their Dart Coordinator and work with League Directors to consider their options.
Bust Rule – Teams that utilize Temporary Rated Players who underestimated their Final Ratings by three or more rating points may not finish higher than 4th Place in their division standings. Busted Players CANNOT play in Post Season and Open International Events unless approved by League Directors.
DARTSLIVE League Ratings will be utilized in Pacific Dart League Seasons and Post League Events Qualifying
Maximum combined rating points per team to participate are as follows:
AA – 24 points, no individual
A – 21 points, no individual
BB – 18 points, no individual
B – 15 points, 9 individual
CC – 12 points, 7 individual
No 2 players combined ratings on a team roster may be over the Team Maximum Points
New players must consider their potential for improvement prior to the start of any Pacific Dart League Season
Seasoned Players must enter at their end of previous season or their current rating whichever is higher.
Should a Seasoned Player (Player from last season) improve by a rating point the Maximum Team Cap and/or Individual Cap will be raised if necessary to accommodate the improvement of the Seasoned Player to continue playing on that team. This situation will be allowed for the improved player and team only. If a player is added or an NRP needs to be utilized they must be within the Team Maximum Points for that flight.
Teams will be penalized $12 for a Forfeit.
Forfeiture Time is the scheduled starting time – standard time not bar time. At least one rostered member must be present to utilize options by working with Dart Coordinators and/or League Directors to start a match. Forfeitures will award 100% of the games to Winning Team. No point money is awarded for Forfeit wins. Forfeit wins do not count toward Finals Standings (Win Percentage).
If determined a minimum of 2 hours prior to Start Time, a match may be rescheduled with approval and the combined efforts of Both Team Captains, Dart Coordinators, Location Owners, and League Directors. The Team requesting a rescheduled match must have their opponent contact a League Director with the newly scheduled match date and time. An unplayed rescheduled match will result in a forfeit win by 1 game or current winning percentage whichever is more advantageous for the winner.
Unreported and/or Unplayed matches will result in Double Forfeits with both teams losing by 1 game
Any team accumulating 3 Forfeits and/or Double Forfeits will be Forfeited out for the season
Fair Play Etiquette – Whenever a team is down in a match by 3 or more games, the team down by 3 games will be first to the board in throwing order.
Roster Freeze will be at the end of Week 10 of Match Play. No additional players may be added to original roster Non Rostered Players or NRP’s utilized must be equal to or less than original Team member Players with a minimum of 9 weeks of match play by the end of week 12 are considered members of the team and eligible for League Playoffs, League Finals, and Post Season Open International Events
The equivalent of 9 weeks of match play will be:
135 Games for AA & A Doubles (Playoffs are race to 9 wins – 701M, Cricket Alternating)
117 Games for BB & B Doubles (Playoffs are race to 8 wins – 501, Cricket Alternating)
108 Games for CC Doubles (Playoffs are race to 7 wins – 301 games)
Playoffs are 2 weeks for Summer and Fall Seasons:
4 Team Divisions – 1st Place Advances to Finals
Week 1 – 4th Place Shoots at 3rd Place (Winner advances to week 2)
Week 2 – Advancing Team Shoots at 2nd Place (Winner advances to Finals)
5 Team Divisions – 1st Place Advances to Finals
Week 1 – 5th Place Shoots at 2nd Place, 4th Place Shoots at 3rd Place (Winner advances to week 2)
Week 2 – Advancing Teams Playoff (winner advances to Finals)
6 Team Divisions – 1st Place and 2nd Place Advances to Finals
Week 2 – 6th Place Shoots at 3rd Place, 5th Place Shoots at 4th Place (Winners advances to Finals)
7 Team Divisions – 1st Place and 2nd Place Advances to Finals
Week 1 – 7th Place Shoots at 6th Place (Winner advances to week 2)
Week 2 – Advancing team Shoots at 3rd Place, 5th Place Shoots at 4th Place (Winners advances to Finals)
8 Team Divisions – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Advances to Finals
Week 1 – 8th Place Shoots at 7th Place (Winner advances to week 2)
Week 2 – Advancing team Shoots at 4th Place, 6th Place Shoots at 5th Place (Winners advances to Finals)
9 Team Divisions – 1st Place and 2nd Place Advances to Finals
Week 1 – 9th Place Shoots at 8th Place (Winner advances to week 2)
Week 2 – Advancing team @ 3rd, 7th @ 4th and 6th Place Shoots at 5th Place (Winners advances to Finals)
10 Team Divisions – 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Place Advances to Finals
Week 2 – 10th @ 5th, 9th @ 6th and 8th Place Shoots at 7th Place (Winners advances to Finals)
12 Team Divisions – 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Place Advances to Finals
Week 2 – 12th @ 5th, 11th @ 6th, 10th @ 7th, and 9th @ 8th Place (Winners advances to Finals)
At least one (1) member of original roster must be on teams participating in playoffs and league finals
Non Rostered Players or NRP’s utilized in League Playoffs and/or Finals must have a minimum of 9 weeks of match play in Pacific Dart League Post Season Event Qualifying
NRP’s must be equal to or less than the team member being replaced
Players can play on one (1) team only if they advance in multiple flights with conflicting League Final start times
AA, A, BB, B and CC teams that advance to the Finals will be in the money
There will be no handicap in the AA and A Double League and Finals
BB, B, and CC League and Finals will be DARTSLIVE 2 Handicapped
